Maxton Design components are known for their durability and OEM+ fitment. Two high-quality materials are used:
1. Thermoformed Automotive ABS Plastic (Gloss Black & Black)
ABS plastic is specially developed for the automotive industry. It is used in the production of factory bumpers and other body parts. ABS products are characterised by increased strength and flexibility. The material flexes slightly, which is essential for parts mounted low to the road surface. Supplied in Gloss Black (High-Gloss Black) or the standard version Black. All Gloss Black items are fitted with a transparent protective film that is only removed after installation.
2. Real Carbon / Dry Carbon (Genuine Carbon Fibre)
For the ultimate motorsport look, Maxton Design manufactures specialised parts in Real Carbon (Genuine Carbon). Manufactured using advanced autoclaving technology (3K pre-preg carbon). This material is ultra-light, extremely stiff and finished with a crystal-clear UV-resistant gelcoat.
2. Indicative Rates & Installation Times Workshop Nijkerk
The Bumper Lip / Front Splitter has a standalone product price of approximately € 80,- to € 120,- (depending on the model and version). The installation rates and times below are indicative (incl. VAT) and apply to colour-finished ABS parts (such as Gloss Black). For parts in the colour Black or Real Carbon, higher installation costs may apply.

3. Optional: Exhaust Connection for Diffusers with Tailpipe Trims
Operation & Expert Connection
If it is technically possible for your vehicle, we can extend the original exhaust to the new trims of the diffuser:
Additional Work: This requires approx. 1.5 to 3 hours of extra work. The exhaust is physically connected to the trims themselves.
Airtightness & Operation: The connection at the rear cannot be made 100% airtight. However, this ensures that in winter conditions the smoke neatly flows out through the trims and not from under the car.
Costs: The costs for this are assessed per vehicle and are between € 128,- and € 268,- (incl. VAT).

Legal Terms in the Absence of Photo Confirmation & Custom-Made Items
If you do not provide photographic material to confirm the compatibility of the ordered parts, we reserve the right to apply the following legal provisions:
1. Invocation of Custom-Made Exceptions (Directive 2011/83/EU):
The ordered parts are considered custom-made/size-specified goods. In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(1)(c), custom-made parts are subject to exceptions to the right of withdrawal (no right of return, no right of withdrawal, no refund except in the event of manufacturing defects by the manufacturer).
2. Production Orders & Restocking Fees:
Orders that are specifically put into production (production orders) are in principle final. If you still wish to cancel or modify the order, we may charge restocking fees of 25% to 40% of the product value (depending on brand and item) to cover processing costs, return shipping, loss of value upon resale and administrative costs.
3. Brands with an Absolute Return Prohibition (such as Ingo Noak):
For certain brands such as Ingo Noak an absolute return prohibition applies. This means that returns are under no circumstances possible, no refund can be made and the order is completely final.
Warranty, Liability & TÜV NORD Installation Guidelines
Installation Guidelines & Materials:
Where applicable we install according to German TÜV NORD guidelines, where rivets and sealant may be used. Costs for consumables (such as rivets, sealant, etc.) and any additional work are already included in the indicative rate. During installation you can comfortably wait in our lounge.
Installation Warranty:
No installation warranty is given on parts that are fixed solely with 3M tape.
For other installed parts a 1-year warranty applies, provided this falls within the statutory guidelines.
No warranty is provided on parts that are lost due to extremely high speeds and no liability is accepted for any consequences.
