1. Styling Installation & Indicative Rates

How do I schedule an installation appointment for an ordered part?

During the ordering process on the checkout page, you can indicate that you would like us to fit the part. As soon as the part arrives with us, we will contact you immediately to make an appointment. For stock items (ordered before 16:00) you will be contacted within 48 hours to schedule the appointment. During the fitting you can relax in our waiting area with a cup of coffee.

What are the installation rates and times for bodykits & ABS parts?

Below you will find the indicative rates per part (incl. VAT). Our general hourly rate in the workshop is € 98,95 including VAT.

Part Indicative installation price Installation time (per item)
Bumper Lip / Front splitter € 90,- ± 30 – 45 min.
Side Skirts (set) € 103,- to € 145,- ± 60 – 90 min.
Diffusers (Inserts) € 95,- to € 145,- ± 45 – 75 min.
Diffusers (Add-on pieces) € 90,- to € 105,- ± 30 – 45 min.
Diffusers incl. tailpipe tips € 216,- to € 268,- ± 90 – 120 min.
Spoilers (Rear, 3M tape) € 55,- to € 80,- ± 20 – 30 min.
Side Bars (SUV / Van) € 145,- to € 185,- ± 60 – 90 min.
Bullbar / Front bar € 141,- to € 190,- ± 60 – 90 min.

Note: For 'Black' and 'Carbon' material or special vehicles, higher installation costs may apply. Small installation and adhesive materials (according to TÜV guidelines) are included in the rate. The times and rates are indicative; for an exact price please contact us in advance.

Can original exhausts be linked through to new diffuser tips?

Yes, where technically possible we can link/extend the original exhaust to the new tips. This requires approx. 1.5 to 3 hours of additional work. Although this is not 100% airtight at the rear (compared to a fully welded system), it ensures in winter conditions that the exhaust fumes exit neatly through the tips instead of flowing under the car. Fitting a complete exhaust system generally takes 3 to 4 hours of labour (€ 98,95 p/h).

2. Suspension, Lowering & Workshop

What is the difference between lowering springs and a coilover kit?

Lowering springs: These replace only the original steel springs in the suspension and provide a fixed, pre-determined drop (e.g. 30 mm). This is more affordable and often uses your original shock absorbers.

Coilover kits (coilovers): These replace both the springs and the complete shock absorbers and feature sturdy threads on the body. This allows you to adjust the ride height afterwards steplessly and to the millimetre (e.g. to align your wheels perfectly with the arches). Some premium coilover kits also have adjustable damping (stiffness).

How much does it cost to fit and align a lowering kit or coilover kit?

Fitting a spring kit takes on average 1 to 3 hours in the workshop. Fitting shock absorbers only takes 1 to 2 hours. Our hourly rate is € 98,95 incl. VAT. A good overall indication for fitting a complete coilover kit or spring kit, including the mandatory professional 3D alignment, is usually between approx. € 356,- and € 488,- incl. VAT. Because the duration strongly depends on the vehicle, the system and seized parts, the hours are charged afterwards on a time-and-materials basis.

Are there additional costs if my car has electronic or adaptive dampers?

If a coilover kit, spring kit or deactivation module (such as a KW ESC or Eibach Pro-Tronic kit) needs to be coded, programmed or calibrated in the vehicle's onboard computer to prevent fault messages, additional costs and hours may apply.

How long does my car need to be in the workshop for a suspension job?

For fitting a spring kit, coilover kit or a complete suspension replacement, your car must be left with us for at least 1 working day. This gives us sufficient time for expert installation (including properly greasing the threads), an extensive test drive and extremely precise 3D alignment.

Why is 3D alignment mandatory and do you also calibrate ADAS / steering angle sensors?

Lowering changes the wheel angles (such as camber and toe). Without alignment, tyres wear extremely quickly on one edge, handling deteriorates drastically and your fuel consumption increases. That is why 3D alignment is always mandatory in our suspension installation and included in the price indication. For modern vehicles with cameras, adaptive cruise control or lane assist (ADAS) we also perform calibration where necessary.

What should I do if my car has factory air suspension?

For cars with original factory air suspension (such as models from Audi, Porsche, Mercedes or Range Rover) special electronic lowering modules are available, such as the renowned H&R ETS system. This allows you to lower the car safely and electronically via the onboard computer by up to approx. 40 mm, without the need to modify mechanical steel springs.

3. Information about Our Premium Brands

What is the difference between the Eibach Pro-Kit and Sportline?

The Eibach Pro-Kit (black springs) provides a subtle OEM+ drop (25-30 mm) and retains virtually the original and comfortable ride quality. The Eibach Sportline (red springs) lowers by up to approx. 50 mm and is specifically intended for enthusiasts seeking a more aggressive, sportier stance.

What is the difference between Bilstein B4, B6 and B8 dampers?

Bilstein B4: The standard OEM replacement in top-quality gas pressure (black).
Bilstein B6: A high-grade, stiffer performance damper (yellow) for use at the original ride height.
Bilstein B8: A sport damper with a shortened piston rod, specially designed to work perfectly and safely with lowering springs.

Does ST Suspensions offer the same quality as KW Suspensions?

Yes! ST Suspensions is a full-fledged brand of the KW Automotive Group. The internal damper technology and valve stacks are virtually identical and come from the same development division. Whereas KW opts for stainless steel housings (Inox-Line), ST uses galvanised steel housings. This results in an exceptionally sharp price-performance ratio.

What does a KW ESC Module or Eibach Pro-Tronic do?

When you replace your valuable factory adaptive (electronic) suspension with a mechanical coilover kit, fault messages will appear on your dashboard immediately. These plug-and-play 'decommissioning kits' deactivate only the electronic damper control without errors, while all other functions of the onboard computer remain perfectly intact.

4. Tyre Service & Storage (Nijkerk)

How much does tyre mounting and balancing cost?

We supply all tyre sizes from renowned brands at very competitive rates. Fitting rates per tyre (incl. 21% VAT):

  • 12 to 22 inch: € 34,95 per tyre
  • 22 to 30 inch: € 37,50 per tyre

Please note: For stringent warranty and safety reasons we do not accept or fit self-supplied tyres or tyres purchased elsewhere in our workshop.

How does the Tyre Hotel (tyre storage) in Nijkerk work?

At our premises in Nijkerk we have a professional, climate-controlled storage space for your summer and winter sets. Your advantages at a glance:

  • No lugging around and no dirty rear seat in your car.
  • Your set is stored safely at a constant temperature (we do not use damp outdoor containers).
  • At the seasonal changeover we always check tyre pressure and the balancing of your wheels.
  • Ideal for private individuals and businesses in the Amersfoort, Nijkerk, Leusden and Hoevelaken region.

5. Fitment, Business (B2B) & Warranty

Will my wheels rub after lowering the car?

With original factory wheels a regular drop will almost never rub in the arches. However, if you have wide aftermarket wheels or an extremely low ET value, the fitment is crucial. Our fitment experts are happy to calculate in advance to the millimetre whether your wheel and tyre combination will safely clear the wheel arch edges at your desired drop.

How can I register as a B2B Partner / Dealer?

Are you active in the automotive sector (Car Dealership, Tuning Shop, Car Detailing Specialist)? Then you can become a B2B partner. After approval of your KvK and VAT number you will gain access to sharp business margins, free shipping from € 250,- excl. VAT, and a single central purchasing platform for 250+ top brands. You can easily request this via the 'Dealer Request' button in the footer of our website.

Is a lowering approved for the APK in the Netherlands and Belgium?

In the Netherlands a lowering is 100% APK-approved as long as the springs remain under tension (the springs must not be loose when the car is lifted on the ramp), the tyres absolutely do not rub and the minimum ground clearance is maintained. In Belgium a GOCA/TÜV validation certificate is additionally required. Fortunately, almost all our suspension kits (H&R, Eibach, KW, ST, AP, Bilstein) are supplied as standard with the stringent and required TÜV certificates.

What warranty applies to installation work?

Installed parts in our workshop come with a standard 1-year installation warranty (provided the vehicle is used within legal guidelines and for normal road use).

Important exception: No installation warranty or liability is provided for lightweight parts that are attached solely with 3M tape (such as some small roof spoilers or trims).

What should I do in case of transport damage or a defect?

Have you unfortunately incurred transport damage to your wheels or other ordered parts? We will of course be happy to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. To initiate the claim and investigation process with the courier service or manufacturer, we require specific photo documentation.

See our full and comprehensive Damage Procedure & Transport Damage page for this. It explains step by step how to report it and which photos (of the box, the labels and the product) are necessary for swift handling.

What should I do in the event of an incomplete or incorrect delivery (processing prohibition)?

Is a part missing from your shipment or have you received an incorrect version/fitment? Stop unpacking and fitting immediately. In this case, a strict processing prohibition applies to prevent further damage or loss of value.

Keep all original packaging and respond only by replying directly to your invoice email with photos of the received box, the type labels and the contents. For the exact step-by-step plan and conditions, see our full Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery & Processing Prohibition page.

What should I do if my ordered part does not seem to fit?

Does your ordered part, wheel or fitting material unfortunately not seem to fit your vehicle? Stop fitting immediately to prevent irreparable damage (and the lapse of your right of return).

To assess this accurately and possibly escalate it with the manufacturer, we require specific photo material from you. See our full Help with Fitment Issues (Fitment Check) page. It explains exactly which photos we need and how you should submit them (exclusively as a reply to your invoice).

How can I ask a question about my placed order?

Do you have a question about the status, delivery or contents of your order? To protect your privacy and to work strictly according to the AVG/GDPR guidelines, we handle order and personal data exclusively via your original invoice email.

We therefore ask you to always reply directly (Reply) to the email with your invoice or order confirmation. We cannot simply verify standalone emails. See our Order Questions & Privacy Protocol for more information.
