Phase 03 — Precision Craftsmanship

The Artisanal Forging and Milling Process (Approx. 30 Days)

Once you approve the 3D design, manufacturing begins in our state-of-the-art atelier:

The Forging Blank: A solid bar of 6061-T6 Aerospace aluminium is heated and pressed under thousands of tonnes of hydraulic pressure. This densifies the molecular structure for unparalleled strength.
CNC Sculpting: On a computer-controlled 5-axis CNC milling machine, the approved design is cut from the solid aluminium with utmost precision.
Pre-treatment & Custom Finishing: The wheels undergo a special chemical bath to eliminate rust and perfect paint adhesion. The wheel is then painted, polished or brushed in your dream finish.
Quality Control to TÜV/JWL: Each individual wheel undergoes strict X-ray and balancing tests. Only when the wheel meets our standards 100% is it vacuum-packed for transport.

Exclusive Logistics & Delivery

The artisanal production process takes approximately 30 days. For transport to the Netherlands, you can choose from two logistics facilities:

VIP Express Air Shipment (Approx. 6 to 8 weeks): Your wheel set is flown to our workshop via a sea-freight-free shipment. The surcharge for this is € 79,95 up to € 285,- per wheel (depending on weight and volume).
Regular Container Shipment (Approx. 16 to 24 weeks): No additional transport costs. Your wheels are safely transported by climate-controlled sea freight.

What is the difference between 1-Piece Monoblock and 3-Piece modular?

A 1-Piece Monoblock wheel is milled from a single solid block of aluminium. This yields the lowest possible weight and the cleanest look. A 3-Piece wheel consists of three separate components (outer lip, inner barrel and the centre) that are assembled with bolts. This offers extreme flexibility in wheel width, lip depth and colour combinations.
